I love tropical smoothie, but this is just ridiculous! The food and smoothie were good and the quality is always there but almost $15 for this little bowl, online pictures make it look so much bigger!!!Food: 1/5

Today I placed an online order with Tropical smoothie. The app told me it would be ready at 1:31pm. When I got to the store, two of the employees asked me my name, they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have an order for me under my name. I confirmed that I was at the correct store, showed them the app and they disappeared. 20 minutes went by and everyone that was coming in after I arrived, started receiving their orders. I proceeded to the front counter to ask about my order and asked if they could just provide me with a refund. The manager was extremely rude. She would never speak with me directly but told her employee to tell me the money would go back to my card in two days since it was an online order. She never attempted to rectify the situation and never put in a refund transaction for me; which leaves me to contact my bank. The service is usually okay but this crew that was in there today was horrible! No people skills.

We stayed in Lakeland for about 4 nights, and my kids loved their smoothies and this place was close to our hotel, so we gave it a visit, and their smoothies were delicious. Service was great as well. My kids loved their smoothies so much that they made me bring them again the next day.give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

Everything was good. I ordered ahead and was probably about an hour late picking my order up. It was still good. Apple was fresh and crisp. Smoothie was great. Chicken pesto was good even tho it wasn’t hot anymore.

TSC is always a great option for our family no matter what city we are in.  Say no to fake food, fast food.  We enjoyed the quesadilla, the avocado grilled cheese, the caribbean sandwiches, heck even the salads are tasty.  Now the avocolada smoothie is always my favorite.  Daughters favorite is the chicken capri.  Caring dads and moms: Please know the ingredients in the food and in the “oil” the food is being deep fried in. Tropical smoothie is one of those places that has healthy food but that’s strictly it. They don’t have a great area to wait for your food, they’re not staying open until the time they say, they’re not even going to say thank you after you order and pay. They will give you a delicious smoothie with a healthy wrap to go with it. They may be slow but they’re usually making it right so it’s a luxurious smoothie for you to be lazy with an not make at home.

I just love Tropical Smoothie, they are so much more than just a smoothie shop. Their food is actually so good too, I am especially a fan of the flatbreads and quesadillas. Plus, it’s not just junk food, you’re actually helping your body out by eating here! I really like this location too because there is an adorable outdoor patio where you can hang out and relax. The workers have always been nice in my experience, sometimes they are a bit loud and obnoxious in the back, but it’s mostly a bunch of younger kids so that’s almost expected. Overall, Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite places to eat. There are truly no bad options here, in my opinion.

I come to this location fairly regularly the past few months, like a few times a week I have gotten addicted to Bahama mamas!! Add banana a yogurt. Yummm. Have always had great service this last time my smoothie came out tasting like ice and strawberries. I gave them a call, nice woman on the phone told me to come back up and they would fix it for me . Junior replaced it when I came in and it was the honestly the best smoothie I’ve had! I’ve got to see him almost every time I you can tell that he cares about his job and is very pleasant every time

We were in town for the weekend and we visited twice. Staff is very friendly and all items were fresh and prepared with care. I wish the one by my house was this good.Food: 1/5
