I stop in here maybe once a month and never have any issues. Last night was different. I stopped by about 6:15pm. There was a sign on the door that said ‘online orders only, we are extremely short staffed’. I looked inside and there were 3 high school age kids behind the counter and 2-3 high school age kids in the store. I went inside because I don’t have the app to order online. I went inside and they told me to order online. It felt like I was interrupting a private party. I left and went to Corner Social.
Usually food and smoothies from this location are great but three strikes and you're out. Do not pre-order. They will make your smoothie right away and it will be warm when you arrive at the designated time. I just had them remake it, which they did, but not until they served everyone else in the store so 15 minutes wasted even though I pre ordered from the app. Now my quesadilla is cold and rubbery. $17 down the drain.
My family has frequently used this location since it opened and my children order from here at least once a week. The service has digressed so much that I refuse to use this location anymore. Between teen social hours behind the counter and terrible service and manners of the staff this location is hopeless. My daughter waited 45 minutes only to bring home an order that was wrong. Plenty of other options near by.
Very clean. Service was on point and the staff clearly knew their menu... Offered a substitute when I did not want bananas in my smoothie. Service was quick and the smoothie was amazing. Will most definitely return.
Terrible experience. One person in line ahead of me, and took them 15 minutes before they even took my order. One girl making all the smoothies, two other girls would just dissapear. I counted 30 shakes before we even got to my order. Only ordering 1 smoothie. I was in the store for 35 minutes
Terrible service, three workers all had their phone in hand. Not one person in the place. When I placed my order, they acted as if I had just interrupted them and I was a big inconvenience! Food was cold like it was pulled from a freezer. Vegetarian options: You can remove meat from any meal.
Stopped here to use the bathroom for 2 mins and apparently they were closed but the doors were unlocked, so I was followed outside by a teenage girl who yelled that I cannot come inside a building when its closed, even though the doors were open & no hours were posted on said door. Not a friendly establishment, won't be returning ever. Especially when she gave me the finger after locking up properly.
Ordered the Island Chicken quesadilla and the Three Cheese Chicken quesadilla tonight for dinner. Not only did they not even come close to how the quesadillas look on your menu, there was NO CHICKEN in the 3 cheese! Took back to the store to have them remake but it wasnt much better. No salsa was given either! The food should resemble the picture at least somewhat.
You guys need to get more organized. I ordered through the mobile app earlier this afternoon. The app told me that it would be ready at 1:22pm. I got there a little after 1:27 and they told me that it was not ready. I was upset because my order said that it would have been ready by now, and I was on lunch at my job and wanted to be able to enjoy my lunch before going back to work. The cashier asked for identification on my order and come to find out, the order was sitting on the back of the counter. Never got put out on the shelf. Just sitting there and getting cold. I understand when businesses are short staffed. Trust me. But that was just a lack of organization on their part. Please fix this issue. Thank you.
It's not really there fault we go to deliver some one already took the order, they made another one, when I dropped off just our order was there. You guys who is dispatching some of the orders we take the order then find out were going to another county over for a four dollar tip, south Lyon to Brighton,no way unless it is 9- 10 dollars,
