Came here tonight and the cashier was extremely rude!! She was more friendly with her friend sitting at the counter than the actual customers. Word of advice if a customer greets you, greet them back don't just stare at them..
This is my new favorite health food/smoothie cafe. All of the smoothies I've had we're perfect and I'm very critical about smoothies and their consistency. The wraps sandwiches are packed with superfoods that taste good AND make you feel good after. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I have no hesitations about visiting every other day and I've already told most of my friends about this place.
Tropical Smoothie is usually great. However, I’ve ordered from various delivery apps and have ordered their amazing strawberry edible straw. If you haven’t tried it with your smoothie, it’s totally game changing. Unfortunately the past 4 times I’ve ordered from this location I never received my edible straws. Like I paid extra for those for a reason. And every time I never received them. I hate to go on about a straw, but this is my breaking point. This is my last straw quite literally. Super disappointed and this has probably happened to other people. Definitely was not a one time thing.
Great place. They keep it really clean. Smoothies are delicious and healthy.
I have tried most of the smoothies on the menu. The two best in my opinion are the Avocaloda, mainly on account of its refreshingly creamy texture, and the Kiwi Quencher for it's bite. I order them without sugar or sweetener, because frankly they do not need it. The food I've tried is acceptable but nothing to write home about, and all the other smoothies I've had range from passable to the pleasant side of mediocre, with the exception of the phenomenal Mango Berry Cosmo but apparently that's a limited time item. The staff have always been pleasant to me. Order the right things and your experience will be decent.

Did everyone know they put sugar in all their smoothies?? After ordering at our latest visit my mom happened to ask on a whim to double check that her smoothie didn’t have sugar. The checkout girl said it did but she could sub Splenda or remove it. Taken aback I asked that surely mine didn’t because I always order from the fruit and veggie blend menu. She then stated that, “oh yes! They all have sugar. It’s our secret ingredient and what keeps people coming back.” Mildly horrified I told her they should have that displayed prominently so people could be aware and have the option to remove it. She gestured generally at the board and said it was up there somewhere. A few minutes later she approached our table and said she “found it” pointing to microscopic small print at the bottom of one of the displays that does in fact state that they add sugar to ALL of their smoothies. This is absolutely not this workers fault but I’m astounded at the management and/or corporate decisions of this health company to so unethically hide an ingredient like sugar. I have a diabetic mom and a 3 year old who I have taken here often over the last couple of years. I feel so deceived I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to purchase from here again. I stopped going to Smoothie King a while back because they put a lot of additives in their smoothies but at least they’re up front about it. Smh.
