Went in to get a take out order and noticed it was kinda musty, didn’t smell all that great, and saw a couple a flies flying around. But assumed it was nothing and could’ve been a garbage can since every Tropical smoothie I’ve been to was pretty clean. I got 2 breakfast items and 2 smoothies. Order was prepared, I left, and started eating. I got the Cali flat bread & pesto wrap. I was 2 bites away from finishing my flatbread, looked down, and saw a good sized gnat just dead on the flatbread. Immediately started gagging and did not touch another piece of food or smoothie. Disgusting. If you walk into the place and it’s dark, dingy, and kinda must… trust your gut and LEAVE!! Never have I ever been disappointed in tropical smoothie till I went to this location in Oviedo. I would have taken a photo for proof but I was too damn busy trying to not throw up in my car. $25 down the drain, so disappointing. Would love a refund, but not worth going back.

The girls or children I should say, at the front used nothing but profanity while making orders. When I received my order, the girl was very rude about it. I ordered an açaí bowl to go, the fruit was all smooshed on the top, the lid was barely on it and the bag was full of the açaí and sticky. I NEVER write reviews but this interaction and the way my ordered was delivered was beyond unprofessional. There should be someone older than 18, ensuring quality and professionalism.

The service was amazing! The girls that work there are so helpful and patient. I ordered an açaí bowl and it was delicious and quickly made. Will definitely be coming back!Food: 5/5

I've  never had any issues until today.   I ordered a Flatbread sandwich with Maple Sweet Potatoes that were so disgustin, I wouldn't even serve them to my dog.  They put the discarded parts,  the ones that were black spotted and still had some skin on it  with worm holes thru the skin,  the parts you would usually discard. But in my case,  the whole container of my order was filled with these cuts of the potato.    It was very disappointing and I'll never place that order again.   The Flatbread sandwich came with bacon,  which was also disappointing due to it being undercooked and pale pink instead of being crispy and tasty.

This is the best Oviedo location - I'll drive an extra 10 minutes and pass the one on Red Bug to come here. Their quality is just much better and more consistent. The last time we went, I overheard a staff member saying she burnt my son's sandwich a little by accident, and she immediately took the time to quickly remake it without hesitation. I do wish they would empty their garbage cans more often, but that's just a nitpick! Definitely give them a try.

Been coming to this location for years! Excellent customer service i witnessed Mikayla tackle a rush of orders with ease And they're on top of seating area cleanliness. Smoothies are always fresh & cold with a huge selection for all tastes! Food is relatively healthy, appetizing and well portioned! 5

Today is National Smoothie Day and Tropical Smoothie advertised a free 24 oz smoothie with entrée purchase. I'd been far removed from this venue and prefer now WaWa Smoothie. I decided to go back because of the special for one, and secondly to see if it was good as I once remembered. WELLLL, nope!  You can always tell something ain't right when you walk in an establishment an there's not a soulll. Anywho, against my best judgment I proceeded to place my order. When I told the young lady it was National Smoothie day she says, "Huh???" Dead giveaway #2. Then we had several tries with the  register getting the discount correct  but the all time kicker was the Watermelon Mojito Mint Smoothie tasting of a Watermelon rotten with no mint. The young lady making the Chipotle Chicken wrap had a look of pure rage as if not wanting to be there. It was just 10 bucks blown in the wind never to be seen again...as Tropical Smoothie will never see me or my dollars again. #HappyNationalSmoothueDayFOLKS! #NOCHANGE.

Very rude workers and they did not listen to what I was saying. They threw away an order that was already made. Wasted a whole smoothie.Service: 1/5

I was charged for water they didn’t have. When I asked for a full refund I was told the money given towards the tip couldn’t be refunded. Mgmt was eventually called, but they made it extremely complicated to get it right. Unfortunately they too have lost me and my family as customers.

I just left and very disappointed.  No one was there to help me.  I called out three times waited for about five minutes patiently giving them time in case they were doing something in the back, and I finally left.  Lost my business!Service: 1/5
