The only reason I always go back is because how good the food and smoothies are. I work down the street so we order for lunch all the time. I've tried going in, calling in, ordering online, and using the app. My order is always wrong, I never get all my food, I can order 45 min ahead of time and it still won't be ready. I know every time I go something will be wrong. I got lunch today: sandwich and smoothie. My coworker picked it up. I didn't even have to go any further to know it was wrong as I got a Lean Machine smoothie (strawberry, banana, fat burner, energizer) and the actual smoothie I got brought back was GREEN?? Lol. How that even happens I have no clue??? But whatever. It happens EVERY TIME. Last time they forgot my smoothie all together and there's only 4 of us in the whole office who order lunch about once every week or two. So they're pretty consistent at messing it up. Good thing their foods so good for real.

I have always loved Tropical Smoothie. I get the peanut butter cup almost every time I go. Sometimes the line is a bit long but it goes quickly. During lunch, expect a wait. It's a little pricy but DELICIOUS!

I placed a carry out order online, for a flatbread with the beyond meat(which is a vegetarian meat sub). Once I got to the location, all three girls working bombard me and say "we ran out of beyond meat so we just put real chicken in it, the only difference is the price." Um yeah the price and the fact it's meat and I don't eat meat. So I politely tell the girls I don't eat meat and they say oh that's fine we will just make you a veggie wrap. Well unfortunately I don't care for their veggie wrap and ask for my money back. The girls just laugh and tell me that might be awhile because "they don't know how to do that." So I just give in and get the veggie wrap. I understand things happen, but the way the employees working handled it was immature and unprofessional.

If you want to have one for lunch make sure you order by 11. I did it on my app it was not ready for 45 min. Tasted awesome though! Don't follow the sign and go to the left stay in line and let them know your there!!

The smoothies are POS, they're ALWAYS water and no flavor. How do you mess up a smoothie, go to the one near the airport on Babcock, so much better.
