Love this place so much it's become part of my weekly routine, employees are very friendly and helpful and food is great! The store is nice and bright. it gives off a nice vibe and energy that i love.

This is the first time we have had such a baf experience in a tropical smoothie. This was our first time in this one.  Came in with my husband and daughter. Daughter ordered a fruit cup and when she opened it there was mold in the fruit cup. They offered to get her another but she didn't want it after seeing that. My husband ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. Had no sauce, he askes them to please add sauce and one of the workers said she had made it herself and there was a lot of sauce. My husband opened the wrap and it had none. They did not offer and extra sauce or to make him make him another one. Very disappointed.

I did a phone order trying to save time of my lunch time. Went to pick up the order and surprise they did not wants to take my money because was a large bill (over $20.00). Unfortunately I didn't had anything else and I explained to the cashier and he told me sorry is a company policy, so if you wants go to different store and get change..As a employee , I understand companies policy;  but as a customer I understand your company needs to posted your cash or payments policy to avoid get customers upset..I asked for a posted sign above cash acceptances rules, answer was we don't have it. I can not believe that your company would rather throw your food away, rather than accept a over $ 20.00 bills. When they have nothing written. Good way to lose a customer. Just keep on mind this..
Some movie theaters, convenience stores and gas stations as a matter of policy may refuse to accept large bills, such as above $20, and as long as there is a notice posted and a sale for goods or services has not already been completed, these businesses have not violated the legal tender law."
