We took my daughter to get her teeth cleaned for the first time today! Shalena was so kind to my daughter and Dr. Bartels couldn’t have made her feel more comfortable! Our whole family loves Bartels Family Dentistry!
This was our first visit to this office and I must say we were very pleasantly surprised and pleased. We were made to feel very comfortable and at ease as soon as we walked in the door. The young lady that did my work was fantastic. The staff were all excellent which can be rare today. This was our first but it will not be our last. Would recommend Dr Troy Bartel to anyone.

The dental hygienistshort girl with long curly hair, sorry can't think of your name was terrific even giving me gas because I hadn't seen a dentist in a long long time because of a bad experience. Today was my first visit after not seeing a dentist in 15 years. I was nervous. Everyone was so nice and professional. I figured the doctor’s office meant a wait like normal. I was wrong! I sat down for maybe 30 seconds and was called back for my appointment! X-rays were quick. The staff was incredibly nice. The assistant took cool pictures of my mouth and showed me in detail what needs to be fixed. Everyone was very thorough. Then came the time to pay. Even that was an enjoyable experience. She was incredibly nice and helpful. She gave me several care options for my future work to make it easier for me and my wallet. 10/10 can't wait to go back...which you don't normally say about a dentist visit.
Very friendly folks I was worried about going to the dentist because Iv had a bad experience. But when I got there everyone was very kind and understanding. They definitely will keep seeing me from now on.
It is always so nice to come back for a cleaning schedule after 6 months knowing that Troy Bartel and the staff will take care of my teeth so well, they are so good and so professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Troy Bartel as a great dentist in town.
