This was my first experience with a dry cleaning company ever, and it was horrible. I took a pillow topper from my bed to be cleaned since I wasn't sure how to clean it properly. I didn't want to ruin it by trying to clean it myself so I figured if I took it to the professionals it would be in safe hands. Nope! When I brought my pillow topper home it was all messed up. The stuffing was all bunched up in the corners and the side panels were completely flat. When I called and asked if this was normal or if they could fix it I was then informed that it is extremely risky to clean the bed toppers and that this happens a lot, and also that I signed away any right to complain when I dropped the item off. I thought this was extremely unprofessional since none of this was explained when I brought it in to be cleaned. When I dropped it off the only thing I was asked was the size. When I said it was a Full size the lady told me no problem, the only reason she asked was if it was a King they couldn't fit in their machines. So she said "Sign here and you can pick it up in three days." 
Ok so now I have brought my item home to find it is ruined and when I called and asked about it they said I could bring it back in and they would try to fix it, but they couldn’t guarantee anything since once again I did sign away all my rights when I dropped it off.  When I picked it up the second time and brought it home it looks exactly the same. They didn’t even try to fix it, it looks like they just put it in a new plastic bag to make it look like they did something. So my pillow topper is ruined and it's just Tough Luck as far as Troy Cleaners is concerned. Bottom line: I will never go there again and I do not recommend to anyone else.
