After getting estimates from several painting contractors, we selected TruColors Contracting for their attention to detail - they included some tasks the others did not. Every person we interacted with provided exceptional customer service. Maurice, the  company's conscientious and polite client advocate, called and emailed several times to confirm scheduling, confirm our paint colors and finishes, and to accept credit card payment over the phone (yes, this company accepts all major credit cards).

Only two days after notifying TruColors we had selected them, Maurice was able to get us on the schedule. Adam the pressure washer was impressive - he showed up promptly, was polite, professional and gave our one-story home the best pressure washing it has had in 25 years! The painting team, led by Alex carefully prepped and patched the house, and masked our hurricane shutters, windows and outdoor lights. It took only 4 days to complete painting from start to finish, and our 25 year old house looks brand new. The painters were extremely careful, paid excellent attention to detail, asked questions when they wanted to clarify work before starting it, and were receptive to our feedback as they went to ensure they were on the right track. Great clean up at the end too - no debris littering our property.  Overall, an excellent experience and I would strongly recommend TruColors Contracting for exterior painting. I'm hanging on to their number - will be calling TruColors again soon to do some interior work!

I'm writing this review for the company from an employee stand point. Since I have started, I have been welcomed with open arms, in a company that stands for what they believe in -- integrity, growth, honestly, loyalty and accountability. The services that Tru Colors provides is outstanding. I receive compliments from customers in regards to the crews and the work that they provide daily, and even when I am out at lunch. I highly recommend if you are in the area and need a painting job done, don't hesitate to give them a call for a estimate. They get the job done right, and will not leave you disappointed.

Listed below is the great experience we had with Tru Colors and why we recommend them.

Tru Colors Contracting, went step by step letting us know how the job was going to be done. They use only top quality paint and  offer a 7 year warranty. They not only spray the paint they also roll the paint after spraying. The job was started 3 days after signing the contract with them. The crew came out and pressure washed our entire house, roof, deck and driveway. The next day they were back and covered all the windows, doors, light fixtures and our outdoor furniture. As soon as they finished the prep they put primer on the house. Then the next day they were back and painted the house and removed all the plastic covering everything.

They provided us with top quality and lasting work. We really were impressed that they did not just show up and cover windows and start spraying the house with paint, like we have seen other companies do. They cleaned everything, they even used rust remover to get some rust stains off the house that were from our sprinklers.

The Tru Colors crew were really nice, professional and experienced! The little extra money that we spent was well worth it and we would not hesitate to have them do future work for us.

All the companies we see our neighbors using strictly spray the paint on, they are more of an assembly line for house painting. We could not believe that we have seen houses painted in a day maybe two at the most, and these companies just paint over spots or stains on houses, unlike Tru Colors. Thanks to Tru Colors our house still looks like it was painted yesterday!!!

We have referred Tru Colors many times over the years to our trusted customers and they have never let us down. I love hearing wonderful the wonderful feedback from my homeowners and seeing the results they are able to deliver. I have also used them to paint my house and the crews are courteous, talented and neat. Totally transformed our house.

Beautiful work from Tru Colors! I purchased a new condo and the entire interior needed to be painted.  They were fast, CLEAN, and professional.  They meticulously covered all fixtures and glass, it was amazing!  My Condo Association loved how they worked.  As a Realtor, I have recommended them to many of my clients and would give them 10 stars if it were possible.
