Today was my first time there and I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned and an infected gum taken care of. Dawn, the hygienist, was thorough, very kind, informative, and she answered all of my questions clearly. Dr. Harness was just as great and I loved the time she took to answer more of my questions and explain procedures. And Jordan at the front desk was very kind and detailed as well! Everyone I met today was really cool. They were all very friendly, inviting, and professional. I also really liked their office, which also felt friendly!

I just moved to the area and found Tru Family Dental and I’m happy I did.  It’s a great place for thorough, friendly dental care.  Dawn, the hygienist, took extra steps to keep me comfortable during my deep cleaning.  In the past, I’ve never known what my dentist was really doing in my mouth.  Dr. Harness takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions... and her injections are super gentle!  Great dentist, great staff, highly recommend.

I wasn’t pleased with my original dentist/office and decided I needed a change. Coming to Tru Family has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life thus far! Jordan is patient and willing to help in anyway she can. Dawn and Laura are knowledgeable, actually listen to your concerns, and have multiple solutions that work best for the patients! This is the first time in my life that I’m actually looking forward to all of my dentist appointments!

Great experience at this dental office!  Dr. Harness is  very thorough and takes time to explain procedures, why they would be beneficial and what all of my options were.  I also had an issue with my dental insurance, and the staff spent almost an hour on the phone resolving the issue on my behalf.  It’s easy to tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend this doctor and this office.

I hate the dentist but after needing a tooth pulled i found true family and i have to say THANK YOU So much for saving a tooth i thought need to be removed and with your help i am inproving my teeth little by little. All you lady are amazing its always such a great time when i have a appointment. Thank you so much.
