Horrible!!!!!!  I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible. I visited this dentist because they were not scheduled months out. I would have been better off waiting 2 months to see a good dentist. I two of my fillings fell out 2x and the other 1x, the filling between my teeth was too tight and the dental floss catches on the sharpness between the tooth and it hurts to floss. After I decided I was not going back I requested my dental records and was sent someone else's records! and when I called to let them know they insisted the were mine until I told them I am not missing teeth, then the apologized! The people here are friendly but they will ruin your teeth!

NO stars! In about February 2017, I went for a cleaning and Dr. "Barti" said I had to get a filling because of my gum line recession from brushing. I scheduled an appointment and got it filled. She said it would last for about 2 years. After one week, it came out. I had to get it filled again, again by Dr. Barti and it came out again. I was moving out of Albuquerque, so I was unable to go back for another visit. I asked for a refund for $70 by speaking with Alta, the front secretary, a few times. She finally got it approved by Leslie, the office manager, but I only received a $5 refund because my insurance only covers "silver" fillings (nice to know now). Now it is May 2017, and TruCare dental has cost me much time to which Leslie has never returned a message. I am still missing a cap on my gum. 

This is an unacceptable business practice because:
1. Failure of office manager to return customer phone call
2: Falsely state a filling will last 2 years when it only lasted one week. (This happened twice!!)
3. Only giving a small percentage of the known requested refund (bait and switch). 
4. Failure to indicate at time of visit that only "silver" fillings would be covered when the practice does not carry "silver" fillings.

I am now at an increased risk for infection at the site and subsequent complications. If I do get an infection, TruCare will be liable. 

I highly discourage anyone from visiting this practice, let alone a child. While the staff is friendly, their competence, accountability, and follow through indicate a poor patient friendly practice. I would have been better off without visiting TruCare Dental.

Had to get my wisdom teeth removed b/c I was having a ton of pain and I hate going to the dentist. I got sedation dentistry done by Dr. Patterson and don't even remember getting my teeth out. Wow! I felt it alittle bit while I was recovering a couple days later but they said that was normal. I got 4 teeth out and I was still a good visit.

Living in Albuquerque I knew this place most likely would treat me like I am uneducated and homeless...they did. I was lucky to get some eye contact. I have a tooth problem that is very painful and I needed some action. At the first appointment I was promise an e-mail explaining some solutions for my dental  problem...never got it. While waiting for my next appointment my pain worsened. I called hoping for relief. The aspirin was not working. I was promised a call back and never got it. I have been in pain all weekend. The doctor seemed OK, the staff sucks. No way are these people working on me. I have an appointment somewhere else.

I formerly hated dentists, dating back to old traumas with drills and hammers. Started going here two years ago. I now love going to the dentist. No more pain and they truly live up to their name! The dentist then (she has since moved) was so good it was incredible. Dr. Patterson replaced her afterwards and she is equally awesome. My deal was degraded old fillings and bridges and crowded lower teeth etc. The dentist redeemed everything to the max a 10 out of 10. The staff are awesome, friendly and the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was excellent. This office completed changed my outlook on dentistry and I would recommend them to anyone in the State!
