I shop at both this location and the one in New Bedford. What a difference the employees in New Bedford are always so friendly and the carriage collectors always help with loading groceries and refuse tips. This Taunton location is disappointing as the cashiers are always to busy to even say hello. I have heard inappropriate between employees while checking out and have asked a young man who was collecting carriages the other day if he could put the case of water in my car for me as I can not pick them up. Well he rudely did it and walked away. No help with the 5 bags I had. He couldn't even be bothered to wait to take my cart back. I try not to stop here.

One of the better prepared food selections. Good size store, not one of those gigantic "super" stores that takes you on a 12 mile hike to the very end aisles of the store to purchase the staple items such as bakery at one end of the store and dairy at the other end. Very friendly staff as well. Has that neighborhood store feel.

The store, itself is clean but selection seems limited. The prices are a bit high except for sale items which are usually a great buy. The pastries looked really good, but they were in an open display and there was a fly landing on them. I got really grossed out by that. They need to enclose them in some kind of a self- serve case to limit that from happening.

I will only get my meats and bakery at trucchis. I love in fall river. So when I go to taunton I make sure trucchis is one of my stops. Prices are great. Friendly staff.  They help u pack groceries in car. Always someone around to ask questions. Been shopping at trucchis as long as I can remember.  True customer.  Love love love
