I simply love this place. When you look at the prices you pay for the quality you receive, the value is better than almost any restaurant I've ever been to. I've been going there for the past year and a half, and I notice they are constantly looking for ways to improve your experience. I've also rarely been to a bar/restaurant of any kind that offers perfectly fresh draft beer with the consistency of True West. And any staff member I've dealt with has been kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to be working there.

The beer and food were great. If I didn’t live 2 hours away I’d be a regular here. I liked the style and atmosphere of the bar as well. I gave it 4/5 stars because the bartender kind of disappeared after our food arrived. We waited so long for our check that my husband put his card out on the bar in hopes of drawing their attention. That hiccup aside, I’d return.

This restaurant has excellent food, and schedules live music for most evenings, not to mention that the service is quick and the servers have, in my experience, been very friendly, even when they weren't serving my table. True West often has a featured brew, which is whichever beer they happen to have brewed recently. The beer isn't particularly incredible, but it isn't at all bad. My biggest issue with True West is that two nights a week they serve only alcohol, which can be inconvenient if you forget which day you plan on eating there. In the summer the outdoor seating has an abnormally large mosquito population, but just sitting inside can solve this. In conclusion, True West is not without it's faults, but is worth a visit if you live nearby.

Nicely done up bar and restaurant.... Had a tasting flight and you can purchase growlers to go... Had 7 in house beers and about the same in other brews on tap/draft...
