Called the branch line first to set up an account and loan. I went to the branch and everyone was friendly and helpful. Fortunately for me during the time I was there, my wait was rather short. All my questions were answered and I am very happy to start doing business with them!

Came in to start a new account. I was left waiting for an hour while they attended everyone even those who came after me

It was terrible I was waiting for 2 hours to open an account while account clerk go talk to someone else I finally gave up and went to the office he was sitting at talking to another person and ask him what was the problem he said it takes time that I want to open an account did i want to come back  later and set up an appointment I said no it should not take one or two hours to open an account if this is how you do business I don't know how they stay in business

I wish someone could explain why not only this Truliant Credit Union branch, but others too, WHY in the world build 3-5 lanes that are usually all open yet there is at most times, ONE teller to service the drive-thru. They DO service first come, first serve, but WHY even give the allusion that it's going to be a very quick transaction in the first place. Same goes for the inside.

I love this bank. But it takes forever to get thru the line. And to see a branch person take even longer.
