I stopped going here for about the last 3 years because of issues between my OLD bank that was connected to them but I have an UNCLE that says they've been alright with him so I'll see

I went three times. The line goes VERY slow, even with three people at the windows (and only one person in line ahead of me!). I did shared banking, so the first time was slow-- whatever. But the second time they had to register me AGAIN and it was only a day later. The third time was the last straw. She didn't have to register me, but was also slow. 

They claim to be the number 1 rated CU around, but I don't know how they got there, unless they voted for themselves. They seriously stunk. It's the slowest CU I've ever been to and I've been to many all over the country.

GO TO ALLEGACY CREDIT UNION down the street. They are much better and faster!!!!

Customer service is hit or miss. I called with an issue on a deposit, the gentleman was very defensive and stated that they had done their part and it was on me to fix it. The automated system and hold times are atrocious. I had to call twice to get the issues handled because the first gentleman I talked to hung up on me (southern accent with a deep voice, did not give me a name). Total hold time on both calls exceeded 25 minutes.
