Amazing and very family friendly hotel. I love the location and view from the balcony is just mesmerizing!!! They have two nice big pools. Children activity place ‘Kid’s Planet’. Customer service is good! Beach is great!!!

Rooms are nice (but a bit old and in need of minor repairs). Beds are extremely comfy. Love the beach & pool area. Great views. Only real drawback to this property is a critical design flaw in the elevator construction... there are only 4 elevators for the entire hotel, and the lines are sometimes 25+ minutes! Keep that in mind, as it may ruin your evening plans or make you miss your flight. Another issue with this hotel is the unusually long wait times for bell hops to bring luggage up to rooms during peak times. Actually, during peak times it's almost impossible to get anything from anyone. They are not equiped to deal with standard work load. But again, the trade off is a nice property with a great vibe.

Great resort on the beach. Large pools. Very friendly staff that will accommodate whatever you need. Valet service is excellent.

Super family friendly with a great kids club and amazing views. We were traveling with two young kids (age 9yrs and 10months) and we had a blast. There were plenty of kids everywhere and the pool is of good depth for younger kids. Service was excelent however trying to find a waiter around the pool area was impossible sometimes. Valet is extra but with unlimited in and out privileges. At no point did the valet staff expected an extra tip and it was super convenient, specially with kids. The food at the hotel can be expensive and not super great however there is a nice mall plaza located conveniently across the street with great dining options. The internet is fast, coffee in the room is amazing and the accomodations are top notch. It was the first time I was happy to pay a resort fee.

The hotel was very nice and kept clean. The ocean view is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.
