We went at around 7 pm on Thursday night.  Place was PACKED.  USF is right around the corner so majority were definitely college students. We waiting quite a bit for our food but understandable as to the reason why.  The chicken sandwhich was so-so… a bit bland and under cooked unfortunately, bread wasn’t toasted either ?  Again it was slammed so food might have been rushed?  The wings however much better.  Not the best Korean wings I’ve had.  The drink, I ordered the watermelon green tea with milk foam.  to my surprise it was made with real watermelon.  The French toast fries were a nice suprise and super good, same with the egg puff.  In Regards to the food, Might give them a try another time just to try the chicken again as it was slightly disappointed for the sandwhich

Very impressed with Korean Fried Chicken! So crispy and sauce is very delicious! It is reasonable price as well. 10 wings - $14 I will definitely come back.

First time there, inside was cute and neat! Its not big but it has seating, I had room to be comfortable. Staff was friendly, food and tea tasted great, and the boba tea was pretty. I have never been to a place I could have boba tea and food so that made it even better!  Dietary restrictions: They had alternatives for milk like almond milk, sometimes I struggle to find those options at other places.

The colorful fruit tea is great, very refreshing with real fruits. The egg waffle is also very yummy. I can smell the egg aroma really strong. Great boba place.

Came in with my daughter and son. She ordered the strawberry green tea with milk foam. I love the atmosphere and decorum. Very relaxing. Can’t wait to try the food.

Bright and clean interior. I tried multiple items. The strawberry yogurt slush, Ruby royal milk tea, and peach tea with milk foam are all fantastic! The crystal boba had the perfect texture. I also tried the soy garlic korean fried chicken, and it was delicious. Crispy exterior and juicy interior. The fries were well-seasoned. Happy to have this as a KFC option in the Temple Terrace/USF area!

Tsaocaa is a fun little place part of a national chain for yummy korean street style snack and delicious tea and bubble tea drinks.  The word Tasocaa in chinese means "A Holly Land of Tea".  Their brand prides itself offering  "affordable way to grab to-go tea drinks with premium tea leaves and the freshest fruit ingredients that are healthy and look fashionable!".  I found this part of their brand message right on point along with some bonus surprises.  They offer a wide variety of tea based drinks - fruit teas, fresh brewed tea, milk tea slush, bubble tea, mixed tea.  They offer a dizzying variety of team items on their menu and for a first time this can be a bit intimidating.  The staff at the small order counter were very kind to offer me suggestions that led me to pick :  Passion Fruit and Lime Green Tea for a refreshing citrus taste.  Their menu doesn't list all the ingredients in this drink but it had chunks of fresh citrus fruits with a tangy sweet taste.  Every sip of this drink were satisfying through to the end.  My spicy popcorn chicken were served warm with each piece packed with flavorful taste with a spicy finish.  These paired quite nicely with my slightly sweet  Pork Sung and Seaweed Egg Waffle.  Both these items to me, were meant to be had together where a bite of the waffle acts nicely to subdue the spice kick after every few pieces of the spicy popcorn chicken.  The waffle has a very subtle hint of pork sung which add the slightly sweet taste and seaweed adds a very distant hint.  The waffle is served in a visually appealing way half wrapped inside its container and the bubble shapes act as easy single bit sizes to tear off.  Tsaocaa has a cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean seating area and is meant to a quick stop for these snacks and drinks .  Bring in some friends or stop by when you get the hankering for some delicious tasty snacks.  You won't regret it.  I will return to try many of the other items on their menu  like their wings, sandwiches, and various other teas on the menu.

This place was very good! The drinks were delicious and the staff were very nice. Despite being very pack, the staff work very quick to get you your drinks. I got the Pineapple Yogurt, it was quite sweet so I recommend lowering the sugar level, but overall I would highly recommend this place.

This place has creative and tasty teas! Their wings are amazing!!! It was such a positive experience and will be making this my usual boba spot!!

Yummy chicken, boba pearls were on point! We're lucky to have this place in town.Food: 5/5
