Our closing paralegal, Jenny Faulknier was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made closing on the home quick and easy. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Andre Hakes did in the Title IX case against my child, a college student.  She was thorough, hard working, knowledgeable,  pro-active, caring, and sensitive to our concerns and needs, during an extremely difficult time. We knew she was very dedicated to us. We got the best possible outcome with her as our lawyer and we couldn't be more happy or grateful!

I had to call to check on them taking my case over a month from when they said they would get back to me.  Their response was that Griffin wasn't taking any medical malpractice suits because she was too busy.  Don't you think they could have told me that a month ago instead of my having to call and request an update?  Their excuse for not contacting me in a timely manner was "it must have fallen through the cracks".  I would never advise anyone to go to this law firm.  They diffinately need a wakeup call!
