I had an 8:00 am appt.  I had previously inputted my information online, so they would have all requested medical history, and personal information.  I had already had quite a bit of problems with the office getting my email address correct, and my name spelling correct.  It took 3 phone calls, and continual repetitions of each letter of my name.  My name is very easy to spell.  I waited 40 minutes and finally went to the desk and said I had to leave because I had a job and why was it taking so long.  They said they were "still inputting my information".  Really?  I pointed out that my appointment was at 8:00, not the time their office would e inputting in any information.  Terrible office management.  Will not be returning.

Doctor is great, staff is okay, wait times over the past couple years have increased way too much.
