I typically do my own work on my cars because I have been ripped off so many times by dishonest mechanics.  Let me tell you a few things about these guys.
1.  They didn't roll their eyes when I started talking shop with them.  They recognized that I knew a little bit about cars and how they work and They treated me with respect.  I really appreciated that.  

2.  They took the time (when they were swamped) to make some phone calls to get best and worst case cost scenarios on custom exhaust work.  They never once got frustrated or acted like I was an inconvenience.

3.  They answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. 

4. And most importantly, they are genuine and honest guys!  

5.  They did a fantastic job, offered me a loaner car, and charged me $400 less than they quoted because there were some things they didn't have to do.  Please note, they were things that I would have had no clue one-way or another if they did it or not.  So DEFINITELY honest guys!  

I do my own oil changes, but theirs are very inexpensive and there is a coupon for $19.99 oil chg and includes a tire rotation!  

Definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know!!!

Jeff, the assistant manager, was great to work with. He had a smile on his face working with me and other customers and really made my experience enjoyable. Far away better service here then any other auto care location location that I have visited.

Tuffy on Jefferson is awesome Jeff and the staff there helped us through a very difficult situation with our Envoy they went above and beyond to help us in any way they could. I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter goes to Saint Francis and her windshield wipers stopped working.  I'm from out of town, so I had no idea where to take her car. I went to Tuffy on West Jefferson because they're close to campus and were rated high by their customers. They got her in quickly, fixed the problem quickly  and didn't mind explaining things to me. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back when needed.
