I went to Tuffy to get my car checked out as there was noise in the back rear of my car near the tire. I indicated that i thought it might be a wheel bearing and to please check it out because i have a 6 year old and want to be safe. They looked at my car for 10 min and said nothing was wrong but needed new struts in the front. I asked again if it was safe to drive as the noise was coming from the back tires. I was informed it was. The next day my back wheel fell off while driving with my 6 year old. Very scary and very disappointed in Tuffy.

Omg where the hell do I begin to describe the nightmare I experienced this past week with these disgraceful auto mechanics. When I have to pay for a diagnostic check I expect you all to tell me whats wrong. Not fix one thing that didn't even rectify my problem and cost over $1,000 but when I bring the vehicle back to these clowns telling me my actual cause is something else BUT isn't that the purpose of the diagnostic check? Trying to milk more money out of me!  Please don't waste your time with this place its nothing like it was years ago!

I tried to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. I called and they said they could get my in in an hour. Being that the one closer to my house was booked until Monday, I drove 35 mins across town to this dump. I showed up 45-50 mins later expecting a short wait. The employee was extremely rude and told me to move my car. I explained that I talked to someone 50 mins ago and he said I could get in at 2. He said there's no way and it would be much longer than that. I could "call back later" like I'm going to sit and wait 2 hours in the parking lot or drive around for hours waiting? The reason I called and set up a time was to not waste my time, which is exactly what they did. He then told me there was a jiffy lube down the street. Telling me to go to a competitor doesn't seem like a great business decision, but what should I expect coming from someone that couldn't care less they just cost me all that time? Maybe other tuffys have better customer service, but this place is a joke. You can't even try and see who I talked to and help me out? Maybe apologize for their mistake? Nope. Nothing. Tell me to go to a competitor. Don't worry, I will! 👍
