Was going to this location for a while and have given them a lot of our business. Things have not been the same since Danny left. The first replacement was a grade "A" A-hole and we stopped going. After we heard there was a new manager, we started going back. (We need to have the oil changed in our vehicles at least once a month.) The new manager is nice, accommodating, and very professional. The Service manager, however, decided our car "could not take" conventional motor oil because "Oil Evaporates." WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, he replaced the oil with full synthetic due to his assumption that our 3 year old car was still under warranty... and then "took $20 off the price" as if he was giving us a deal. Had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change and tire rotation and we left only after paying $53. We will NOT be back. Send your service manager back to Jiffy Lube where they're known for this kind of bait and switch activity.

I love how friendly they are here. They worked me in when my car started acting up and helped me get home while my car was fixed. I will be going here from now on!

the assistant manager who is in this day May 24,  is a rude one. Whenever I have changed the oil of the car in this place I rotate the tires and he tells me that if I did not say it he does not read my mind,  I tell him that the coupon I brought indicated that he included rotation of tires. finally he did it in a bad way. I do not go back to Tuffy because I have  bad experience.

Great place for your car. Nice staff, had our car in and out in no time. Did oil change, trans. And even bought new tires, very reasonable prices too!!!
