Had a significant repair done on our home. The whole process was easy dealing with them from start to finish. There was no feeling they were trying to oversell. We got what we needed for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to not leave any mess in our yard throughout the process. We got what they said for the price they said with no surprises. Only thing is they were very busy schedule wise so plan ahead, they are in demand.

These guys are quality. We didn’t want to chance our new roof on the cheapest quote and Tugwell stood out for quality workmanship and service. They communicated well and were able to meet our short timeframe for installation. Each day they cleaned up and left our yard in a better state than when they arrived! A great team and great service/product, highly recommend.

Tugwell Roofing just completed our roof and I must say that they have a class act number of roofers. They were punctual, so polite, professional and perfectionists. The area was cleaned up every night and left immaculate when the job was done. We would not hesitate in recommending Tugwell Roofing to anyone who needed a new roof.

Tugwell Roofing removed our old roof, replaced it with a roof that has a 50 year guarantee, and coordinated the installation of new gutters.  Our house is a 3,400 sq. ft., 2-story modern Victorian, so the roof is very steep and complicated by slanted dormers, flat-topped bays and towers on the wrap-around porch.  The outcome was fantastic!  The price was reasonable considering the size of the job, and well worth the cost.  Crews came every day, arrived on time and worked at a steady pace.  There was a project manager always available for questions, concerns or to solve technical problems as they arose.  All of the workers were respectful, hard working and made us feel like our satisfaction was important to them.  On the last day, the General Manager also came out and did a final inspection.  He had his men do several little "touch-up" things, like repainting a vent that didn't meet his standards.  There was one minor pricing confusion that came up at the end of the job and the General Manager sat down with us to discuss and agree on a fair resolution.  I would highly recommend Tugwell Roofing to anyone.  They are very professional and deserve their good reputation.  There may be cheaper roofing companies out there, and we used one for our original roof, but it is well worth the money to have reliable, guaranteed work done by a company that cares about their customers and their employees.  The project manager watched to make sure his workers were using proper safety procedures and were taking their breaks (it was very hot!)  We were impressed by the positive feedback from the employees about their company.
