The park is nice. The playground is big. Parking is tricky but doable. However the employees that work at the pool should not watch anyone arguing or young teens trying to start a fight outside the pool towards the park area or the pool. Second time being their and a fight broke out as I watched the staff looking and not calling 911for a long time.. I would hope this doesn't happen a lot as my grandchildren are visiting Indiana. It's a nice place and everyone should feel safe. Playground: The playground is big with a lot of slides, swings, and things to climb, run, and play. It's a nice park and right next to the pool and splash pad. Restrooms: I'm not sure we didn't visit the restroom Picnic area: They need more picnic tables.

This park turned out better than we expected. The playground is very large, it has a smaller playground across the street for younger kids but the large one was perfect for my two kids who are 7 and 9. There is also a pool, swing, and a pavilion. The locals are nice, the parents are attentive, the other kids are sweet. Definitely going back frequently.
The place was clean and I plan to go back tomorrow. The ladies restroom could be a bit more clean. Half the stalls had "out of order" pasigns.
Took son here for swim lessons with the YMCA. All of the lifeguards were completely amazing. Not sure if they were Tuhey or Y but loved the experience for my 2 year old!
Tuhey Park is amazing, if your children are like mine "little extreme play-grounders/climbers", they would really enjoy it. I was very excited and appreciative of muncie putting in a safe, new, exciting playground for the children and families who enjoy being outdoors. My kids were 2 and 3 years old when it opened and they had no problems enjoying the playground. Now I must say, if your children don't get outside much and they are more of the indoors type, then you might want to hold their hands but if not, at least you can enjoy running around playing tag with them. Also a great place to watch the 4th of July fireworks!
The park itself was nice, but there's barely any parking and NO bathrooms! How do you have a park without restrooms??
Great place to put in your kayaks..great float to Yorktown
Well the only problem I had was how they wanted to see my driver's license when I entered, it was so intense that at one point I thought they were going to ask to draw blood for DNA.... Lol
The three story playground is the coolest in the area. The kids loved the variety of climbing areas and slides.
