At Tula Organic we strive to be as organic and as sustainable as possible, while providing services that are still effective. As an Aveda Family Salon and Spa, our products contain a high percentage of organic raw herbal ingredients and organic essential oils. All Aveda products are free of parabens, EDTA, GMOs, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, VOCs, and petrochemicals. My initial experience here was horrible. Maybe it's because I paid for a less experienced stylist? But my hair was 2 inches shorter than what I wanted. She said this was because "in a month it'll be at your shoulders anyway"...i initially told her I wanted it just above my shoulders. My hair is now at my jawline. She also left my hair uneven. When I asked her to fix it she touched up a couple places, but when I said it was still uneven she tried to convince me it was just the way it was styled. As I could tell her patience with me was wearing thin I decided to trust her. But went home and styled it differently to see it was still uneven. Thankfully, I was able to go back a few days later get it fixed for free by Becky who was very kind about the whole situation. I wouldn't say "Don't go to this salon" because overall I liked the atmosphere, and Caroline at the front desk was such a sweetheart. She even held my baby while I came in to get my hair fixed. I would strongly recommend a more experienced hair dresser, however.

Laura is great! Been going to her about a year. Carolyn is so friendly and welcoming. Very reasonable rates and free bang trims between cuts. Love coming here!

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for bougie on a budget, this is your place.

Found this salon from Google & Yelp and super happy I did! Moved to Pitt trying to find an Aveda Salon that could do my balayage highlighting correctly without damaging my hair and Kristy did a fabulous job, so many compliments on my color and hair cut (I got 10 inches off and I have really dark hair but it turned out perfect!). Would recommend and the price was as expected for a good hair highlight and cut.

This was a great place staff was very nice and I love my hair after they washed,cut it,and straightened it I definitely recommend coming here!!
