Such a great park for a small city, thanks for building this! This is something you would see in major metropolitan areas, but it's better because it's not crowded!  

Consider opening it up for public "art" days - it would probably look better than the cheap graffiti and be an outlet for people who want to "draw".

Im glad Tulare finally made a place for people to skateboard. I like to sit out there and watch these kids bcuz they are very talented. Im impressed by how small some of these kids are there. They got mad skills! Then again its neat to see the older "kats" out there showing off their stuff. Definatly a diverse group of talented individuals. I just dont like some of the stuff that goes on there....thats why i gave it only 4⭐⭐'s. TY

This place is a huge dump. The skatepark is nice but it's always filled with Crack heads
