I gave to joseph several opportunities to rehabilitate his reputation.

I told joseph that it wasn't his fault.

My case would of caused almost any lawyer to be incompetent.

I gave to joseph the opportunity to be my paralegal working free of charge for me at my expungement hearing

All joseph has to do is handle the paper work to get me into court. Once in court, I'll take over an deal with the judge. tully is too incompetent to talk to the judge.

If joseph tully had done that, I would of changed his rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

I have to deal with the judge very carefully.

Not only is the judge going to fear this case

I have to realize that my life is in extreme danger.

Street gangs will try to murder witnesses that are going to testify against them.

These police officers who took part in this felony criminal conspiracy are now like any other street gang except that they are far more dangerous since they are in uniform, on duty an wearing badges.

I think the legal term for what these police officers did is " Committing crimes while in the Color of Authority".

Corrupt police officers are in the top 5 of worst kinds of criminals. 

These police officers know that their in serious trouble if their cell phone records are in storage an I think that they are in storage.

These criminal police officers paid a Walnut Creek CA mortgage broker to testify against me in court that he found me passed out drunk on the freeway. Their cell phone records will prove that they were talking to the broker prior to making up the story that he found me passed out on the freeway. 

I was actually being held in the Concord police stations holding cell for 3 hours, never arrested, no record of me being in the holding cell, during the time that the mortgage broker said I was passed out drunk on the freeway. Thats false imprisonment.

I might have to go into the witness protection program to protect myself from the police trying to murder me or having a contract to murder me that the mob would do paid for by these criminal police officers to stop me from testifying 

This is not funny.

Contra Costa County Superior Court appointed me to be the Attorney for this case

I did make a mistake as a practicing attorney when I didn't tell the judge that 3 days had already been served.

I also instructed the judge while in court that I've ordered the Governor of California, Edmund Jerry Brown, to grant me an unconditional pardon 

The Judge said "ok".

I was the attorney in court dealing with a case about violating felony probation for drinking a can of beer, 3 month sentence.

The district attorney doesn't prosecute heroin, crank or cocaine users.

However the district attorney does prosecute someone for drinking a can of beer.

A condition of probation that some one can't drink a can of beer, while at the same time letting hard core drug users go free

is insane.

Sobriety check points on the road have been ruled illegal.

police can't randomly pull people over to check them to see if they've been drinking.

1. Don't roll down your window

2. Don't talk to the police

3. Show the police your D.L., registration, proof of ins threw your closed window. Put the documents up against your closed window for the police to read.

4. Write on a piece of paper an put it on your closed window for the police to read that it is illegal to pull people over without cause an you won't say anything without a lawyer present.

At that point, the police should tell you to drive off.
