I take courses online, but I'm required to drive all the way to the north campus book store to get my books... What?! I work in South Tulsa and I don't have time until after work to get my books. They close at 6 but I don't get off until 5:30, Poor Business! Speaking of business, that is exactly how they run the whole college. They are there to make money and leave you to figure out the rest. When I have a problem with schedules, grades, or books, they don't give a crap! But when there is a problem with the payment installments, they are sure to call me and get the money from me! They even hold YOUR transcript hostage when THEY screw up payments. Blackboard is another failure with this college, it rarely works!
*Update* They are very rude over the phone as well.
