I really like Audrey. She is very good with my short hair style and is very sweet. I have found their stylists to always be above average and even though their prices are just as reasonable, I always get a much better cut here than at the discount chains.

Worst haircut ever. Every time I come here it's like I have to force them to cut my hair. ITS THE EASIEST CUT EVER! literally just shaving it down. But no, I have to have them go over it at least 3 times. They always miss a spot or two, this time I have a clump of hair sticking out on the side of my head. It looks like a 5 year old tried to cut my hair. This is the last straw. Never going back.

Drove all the way over as fast as I could before they close because I just got out of a long hospital stay. Took me a few minutes extra because the fair is going on and traffic is crazy but I was relieved to pull up 3 minutes before close. Four girls (that I could see) and one lady still getting her hair cut there.  I walk in and a girl comes to me and says “sorry were closed” and turns either the “open” light off or flips around a sign (didn’t see which that she did). I said it’s not even six yet and there’s several of you not doing anything and a woman still there getting a cut. Told her I’m a guy with short hair and I just need a trim.... Doesn’t even take Mallory 10 minutes to cut my hair. But no.... apparently all four or five of them have something else that is more important than taking care of a customer. Guess I’ll just take the $200 I spend on my daughters cut and color four times a year somewhere else too.  Think about changing your closing time to 5:30 if you can’t dare stay 15 minutes after 6. Just bothers me to get all the way over there just before close to be told no and have to leave when I see four other girls standing around doing nothing and one still cutting someone else’s hair.

Ruined my hair. Chemical burns to my scalp. Had to go back there 2x to fix it then to several other salons to make it right. Jusr NOW 1.5 years late I am ALMOST back to where I was. Horrible 1st time stylists. Their beginner errors cost me over 800.00 in correction. Avoid at all cost unless you know a stylist there!

So I went to get a hair cut and I told the girl I wanted a trim about 3inches off and that I wanted my hair in a V Shape when she finished she didn't even show me my hair so when I got home it looked more straight then V like I said I wanted And the fact that she still had an attitude after she couldn't do her job right pisses me off
