We went there for the Easter brunch buffet. The price was modest for what they had to offer. They had a substantial selection ranging from kids food to seafood. The ambience is a nice contribution as well. The large round tables were great for having the family gather round. I would recommend giving it a whirl.

The only positive part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff at the front desk were. My bed was caved in in the middle our first night, so they moved us to a new room and gave us vouchers for food and drinks and tokens for the arcade which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant had two servers, with only four tables of people and for some reason the two were not able to keep up at all. Waited forever for drinks and food. Our burgers were very overdone, burnt even. When we tried to go to the bar for drinks later, the bartender said she needed to leave and that she could not stay because her shift was done. It was only 9pm so I thought that was strange. She was also obviously drunk or high based on the way she spoke and acted. I work in a restaurant connected to a hotel and am generally very understanding as a customer, but the quality of service at the restaurant/bar was awful.

I stayed at the Tundra Lodge on 4/2 and checked out 4/3 and my name is Megan Carr. I chose to stay at here mostly for the water park because I have a little one. When I got in my room I quickly realized there was no fitted sheet on my mattress but instead a regular sheet tucked in to the mattress and no comforter. The thin blankets on my bed were scratchy and the whole bed seemed to be pretty old and not very comfortable, I actually went to my house to get pillows, sheets and blankets. The desk chair also seemed very old. It seems that because the Tusnra Lodge is the only hotel/water park in Green Bay that they feel like they don’t need to update the rooms, I feel like the hotel is long overdue for a remodel and I would love to see how it would look redone, some larger TVs would definitely be a must! The staff was very very friendly but I did notice there was a shortage of staff. I was charged twice for my room by mistake and was told that the money would be back on my card in a few days, I felt that I maybe should have been offered something, maybe not a free night but a discounted night would have been greatly appreciated. The money still isn’t back in my account and it’s actually all the money I had left of my paycheck, I had put away money to stay at the hotel for one night as a get away but ended up having to be broke for the rest of the week. :( I wish there was some way to fix this faster because it’s been an inconvenience.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a mini vacation, so I booked a two night stay with the Tundra Lodge. Upon check in, the girl at the desk told me that there were no longer anymore king suites available, even though I have booked the reservation weeks in advance. She was apologetic and upgraded us to a whirlpool king suite at no extra charge which I appreciated. However, the room was disgusting. While we were unloading our groceries we opened the freezer and there was black stuff covering the entire bottom. There are mirrors around the whirlpool that still had watermarks and handprints all over it. Around the base of the bed there were bits and pieces of food. It was clear that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned after the last few guests. On top of that, the beds are outdated and it felt like sleeping on glorified cardboard. I would NOT recommend staying here to anyone, and it is highly unlikely I would come back.

Stay was okay. We had a room booking mishap that required being moved to a different room, although receptionists were helpful in fixing. The kids enjoyed the water park, but I feel that others in east/SE Wisconsin are better. Other amenities were decent. Staff was polite and helpful.
