My roof was damaged by wind in some very severe storms we had about a year ago. I called multiple roofers in town, and Ms. Turco was the first one to call me back and schedule a free inspection. After showing me pictures of the damage on my roof, I made a claim with my insurance. All I paid was my deductible, and I got a beautiful new roof. As others have stated, the process did take about 2 months, but that's very typical for the insurance claims process as I've come to understand. There's a lot of back and forth with getting all of the materials and repairs approved, and a bit of a wait with how the insurance company splits up payments. My adjuster also left a lot of repairs required by Building Code off of their estimate. None of this was the roofer's fault. The staff at Turco helped to write supplemental reports and get those items/repairs approved. The crews and staff at Turco were very helpful, communicative, and professional. The roof replacement itself only took one day, and the crew was fast, clean, and very thorough. We've had our new roof for a year with no issues, and it looks amazing! Many of our neighbors have since hired Turco Roofing after seeing our final result. We've also recently hired Ms. Turco to help us with claims from recent tornadoes on some of our rental homes. We would highly recommend her services.

I am very pleased with the work done by Turco Roofing. I had a scheduled roofing appointment with them but a tree came through the roof during a storm before they came out. I called Michelle Turco and she was at my house within 30 minutes. The new roof was done the next week. It only took one day and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Turco roofing.

Our roof was damaged by winds and hail and leaking badly into our garage. We called Michelle and she handled everything! She walked us through the insurance process and redid our entire roof. Her crew was so professional and left our property clean each day. Our roof has been great and makes our house look brand new! We recommend Turco Roofing to everyone!

The storm that passed through our neighborhood in January 2017 caused major damage to the roofs in our house and the detached garage; and also had leaks in the ceiling in 3 rooms. My neighbor across the street recommended that I contact Turco Roofing Systems since she just had her roof replace by them and she was very happy with the work Turco did. I called Turco and they came to give me an estimate within a week (The storm damaged many roofs in our neighborhood and Turco had a backlog due to high demand). They helped me file the claim with my insurance, for which I am thankful since it was all done online with many, many questions and details. Once the adjustor came and my insurance approved the work, Turco was quick to send their crew to my property and the work (inside and out) was performed quickly, efficiently and great workmanship. I have nothing but praises for the people at Turco Roofing and I would highly recommend them.

Upon returning home from deployment I discovered that many of my neighbors were getting new roofs. After asking around I found out there had been strong storms while I was gone. My good neighbor referred me to Turco Roofing to get a professional opinion on the condition of my roof. So I called. Turco took no time at all to come out and look at my roof. They told me I had similar damage to everyone else and to file a claim with my insurance to get an adjuster out. Once my insurance (who was the pain to work with) gave the final approval, Turco Roofing was excellent. They came out that same week to install the new roof. The crew was extremely professional and hardworking. They did an excellent job installing the new roof and completely cleaning the old debris and nails afterward. The crew lead was very skilled and repaired any rotted plywood from the old roofs doing and fixed defects he noticed from when the house was built (i.e ridge line that was crooked due to lazy construction plywood cutting when the house was built and metal flashing that was not to the proper specifications and thus was causing some issues above my porch). Throughout the whole process Turco Roofing was professional and accommodating. I wanted my roof done a certain way and with specific shingles and they met every one of my requests. They quickly responded to all my phone calls, they answered all my questions, and in the end, gave me one solid roof! I have no doubts that IF a problem should ever arise with my new roof that they will be just as quick and professional to get it fixed. They are a wonderful group of people to work with and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
