I like going there for my apples.  I buy a variety to make applesauce, Apple Butter and pies.  They have been very respectful to me.

I try to shop local as much as I can and Turks is very local to me. The last three times I've shopped here I have had unpleasant experiences with the staff. (With an exception on one who has always been very nice) the last time I was in I was buying peaches and didn't realize the better deal was the pre priced group of peaches I asked the young girl at the counter (who didn't even say hello to me just started cashing me out) if it was too late to change, with a heavy sigh she said I could. I asked if she would like me to put the others back she responded with well yeah... It ended with a pen tossed at me to sign my receipt. Im sure I don't have to explain the importance of customer service in local owned business. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

They have the best flowers and garden plants around,  but you do pay more. If a few extra bucks isn't a problem,  this is easily the BEST place to go.

A good selection of fresh produce and plants. Baked goods sold here are usually delicious.
