I brought my minivan in for an oil change today. The service technician was thorough and precise in his inspection of my vehicle. Mike did a great job explaining options and quoting me a price prior to work being done. The price was reasonable and I felt no pressure. The staff was both friendly and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer when I need any work done on my vehicles.

I had my oil changed and an all around check (for a trip). Everything was done with professionalism (explained everything to me) and was reasonably priced. Turn Key believes in and practices "customer service" (which is not done other places). I definitely will be back and recommend them.

There are a few reasons I am giving this company a bad review. My wife took my 2015 Ford F-150 in for a simple oil change. Previously, I used a promotion I purchased to get discount oil changes with this company. Unfortunately, that deal expired but I still felt like this was the place to get my service done. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company repairing my vehicles and thought that they did a good job in the past. Today was a different story. I expected to pay a reasonable price for an oil change but got charged $72, for an OIL CHANGE!! I pay less for oil changes on my 30' box truck at work. I understand that I have to pay a little more for a truck but come on. It gets better... I called in later to ask for a quote on an oil change for the exact same truck and I was quoted $45 out the door. At that point, I called the man out for ripping me off and he gave me a sad excuse that my truck takes a "special" kind of oil and has a deeper pan. This is why I don't trust mechanics and auto repair shops. They saw an opportunity to rip off my wife and took full advantage of her. This company also has a referral program where you can get discounts for referring people to their company. I was given a stack of these cards months ago after my last repair was done. I was told to bring these cards back in with a name and a phone number to get the discount. Apparently, the person you refer has to bring the card in for you to get your discount. My wife explained to them that this is not what we were originally told. They said, "Was it Kevin that told you this, because he got fired." More excuses from a lousy company. They would not uphold the discount. I know that this review is going to hurt this company but I want to make sure they know that what they did was not okay. I hope that other potential customers will avoid this company and find a more trustworthy mechanic.

Took our company truck in for repair, we knew that the spark plug blew out, so they said a filler piece could be installed, and quoted us a price. They then called and said that they dropped the part and a tool down the engine and couldn't get it out with out removing most of the engine and what went from a reasonable repair bill to $7000.00 (more than the truck was worth), we had someone whom said he would buy the truck and would repair it himself, when we were to pick up the truck we where given a $700 bill, I asked for Tom to call me, because I wanted to discuss it. After leaving 4 messages for him to call me 4 days in a row they referred me to Mike, to explain the bill, Which was totally frustrating because you know you are being lied too (Mike) Was told $120 diagnostic bill,( I told them exactly what I needed done) and about $500.00 for nothing that he could explain, and $17 for a part they dropped down the engine!!I Again ask for HONEST Tom to call me 6th time still have never heard a word. Paid so I could sell the truck for what I could, before the new buyer moved on. New buyer was willing to $1500 more if he could have started the engine but with the parts dropped in the engine discount the amount he would pay. Was told HONEST Tom would call me. Still waiting. Not only cost me $$$ from total incompetence on the repair, ripped off to get the vehicle back. As like other turn key reviewers I agree they will rip you off

All though I do not work here anymore they are a great shop all these bad reviews hurt me because Tom and Bobbi go out of their way to get your car fixed the right way the first time if you love a shop with modern technology and ASE certified technicians working on your vehicle but still has the small town feel then this is the place for you. They also offer a shuttle service as well as a fair price thank you I miss you all
