This place is ridiculous. I’m not one to historically write reviews but enough is enough. It’s Friday morning on September 16th and the place is closed. This has happened to us at least a dozen times over the past couple years, they just don’t open some days. Really sucks when you want to get your family something in the morning or get your kids around early before school and try and get doughnuts before school and drive up to find out they’re closed on a random day for no reason.

At least five time in the last year I've visited this location to buy donuts for my crew and the business is closed in the middle of the week. Consistency is key for me and this place is unreliable. Will never try to buy from here again.  Update: against my better judgement. I tried to come again on this lovely Friday morning at 6:30am. And guess what, Closed. Awful schedule! How does this place make money never open?

Our family has come in a few times now and we love the food and vibes. Very down-to-earth folks. I always want the jalapeno sausage roll and I usually have a turnover with coffee. Elderly people come in and have biscuits and gravy as well as chat with each other and the workers. Very warm and welcoming staff. Come for a donut, stay for the atmosphere!

Staff is always kind and helpful no matter how busy! Donuts are good and their rotating donut hole flavors are always yummy especially salted caramel - those are awesome. Only issue is that I've had undercooked/raw donuts in the past, and although few and far between, never a fun experience. Otherwise, great breakfast spot for donuts and coffee and more.

We had never eaten breakfast in El Dorado before. We found Turner's based off reviews. Needless to say, we were not disappointed! We were treated like they had known us for years. Both patrons and the owners made us feel right at home. I ordered a bierock, small biscuits and gravy, and a raspberry filled Bismarck. My wife ordered a Jalapeno Sausage Wrap and a Long John donut. The bierock was huge and tasted exactly like homemade bierock I grew up on. The "Small" B & G was enough for a meal for most people and were amazing. The donuts were perfectly made and the filling was quality raspberry not just cheap filling. The sausage wrap was cooked perfectly and my wife said she would definitely eat it again. Thanks for having a quality place with great food and a wonderful atmosphere!

We came in 20 min b4 they closed & still had a good variety.  Thought they'd be a bit dry from setting all a.m, but they were so moist & delicious!! Got 4 diff kinds & all were good! Friendly lady helped us too!

Best donuts in El Dorado. Light and fluffy, just the way a donut should be. Super friendly service from the owners. Excellent, I highly recommend!

This place has delicious donuts and amazing customer service.  My boyfriend had a bad week at work and wanted coconut cake donuts for breakfast in Saturday morning.  I went to pick them up but they were out.  I snapped a pic of the selection and texted it to him so he could pick something else.  While I was waiting for a reply, the lady asked me what kind of icing he wanted with the coconut. I told her he likes the white icing. She grabbed 2 off the shelf, added a little more icing, and some coconut. It was such a little thing for her to do but it was the best thing that happened to my boyfriend all week. Thank you so much for caring about your customers!!

I've been on a donut shop binge as of late, and let me tell you. This place has the best donuts I've ever eaten. Even better than some of those specialty donuts in bigger cities. The man working there was also really fun to talk to and answered some of my donut related questions. I'll be going here more often for sure

Haven't had a good Bierock in years til I stopped in this morning. I brought my staff some of their donuts once and they were just as great. Young lady at the counter was very helpful and polite. Thanks for the great food.
