The staff is rude and unhelpful- multiple times my appointments were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, leaving me without refills on my medication- and then they couldn't reschedule for months at a time. It sometimes took over a week before I could get someone to return my calls and help me get my medication. I told them multiple times in my change of address, but they consistently never fixed my form- when I mentioned it to the secretary, she told me they couldn't treat me because I was a PA resident and that I would have to leave. Again, without refills. When I asked why that was, if I was using private insurance, she couldn't/wouldn't explain it. A nurse spoke to me about getting me a refill, but never did. When I called about it, I was told I hadn't seen the doctor in over 4 months (I had, they just didn't record my last appointment) and they couldn't help me with my refills. Incredibly disorganized, unhelpful, and with no way to communicate with my doctor, I gave up. Avoid this place- the doctors and therapists are good, but not worth the trouble to try to get to them with any type of reliability. So frustrating.

This place is a mess. It takes forever to see a doctor, appointment availability with a therapist is terrible, they lost my chart , and I've gone to pick up prescriptions multiple times and they just weren't called in. If you're trying to keep your mental health in check find somewhere, anywhere else

Turning point is a bad place to take someone that is in need of mental care. It is one of the most unorganized, uncaring places you could take a loved one. Turning point causes nothing but stress and anger in a caregiver. I would recommend any place but there for mental care. You are nothing but a paycheck to the staff. The only good part of that place is the pharmacy, they are really nice and helpful.

This place is an absolute joke. They are rude and they hang up on you. They cancel your apointment and then tell you that you missed it. You call and the operator transfers you to people who are not even there. They do not care about people just the money that is brought in through government programs
