I will not be coming back to this practice for multiple reasons. This office wants you to provide your credit card number and sign a slip of paper that says they can charge you when a bill is due, without having to provide you with proper documentation or a statement of charges. My husband and I both had new patient appointments in December: I was charged $93 and my husband was charged $64. The difference, as the billing department explained to me, was because the doctor spent "more time" with me looking over my chart than my husbands chart. I find this very hard to believe, as the power went out during my appointment, and the doctor couldn't even give me a proper exam. When I had called to discuss the $93 charge, I had requested a note be put into my file to communicate with me via phone call if any new charges were going to be posted onto my card. 3 months later, my card is charged the $64 for my husband. I called again, wondering why the office did not uphold the request I had made, and billing told me she sent me a statement in the mail. Not true, as we had never received it and she cannot provide proof she sent one. When I requested certified mail, she very rudely told me no. I very strongly feel the office staff is dishonest regarding their billing procedures, and they are unwilliing to help me resolve payment disputes. I am very much willing to pay my bill, but the way this office has handled my concerns is very unprofessional.

Sad excuse of an Urgent Care facility. I had a confirmed appointment at 3:30 pm. After 4:10pm I questioned upon the delay only to be told to come back because there weren't any rooms available. I do not understand the point of setting appointments and rearranging your schedule when they clearly don't care about you, only getting paid. The girls at the front desk are plain rude and have no problem charging your card up front, you better hope you are seen. At least 6 individuals walked into the back after I was told I was next, either don't over promise or be realistic. I'm 5 weeks pregnant sitting in a room with sick people for 40 minutes and you don't care to tell me I can't be seen and my appointment means nothing. Sad sad excuse of a business. I will tell everyone of the experience I underwent and I assure I will defer people from your 'practice'. I will be posting this review everywhere

Excellent fast service. On a Roadtrip travelling from Florida. Needed medical care. Bloodwork done same day at location in same plaza. Highly recommend facility and Dr. vanTassel. Thank you.

Fever, chills and headache is the last thing you need to have before filling out an 8 page new patient form. Spent 3.5 hours there. Got a urine sample and they attempted to draw my blood with no luck but managed to make me bleed everywhere. Mind you I have a fever. They kept me waiting for 5-15 minutes at a time. Was told they don't know what's wrong exactly and then sent me to the ER. Went to sutter urgent care and had much better experience. I had one sheet to fill out and I was in and out in about an hour. Oh and they were also able to find out what this medical group couldn't! End of day. I will not be returning or referring this place to ANYONE.
