We came to Turpin because we saw a number of homes we liked in the area we desired all with their sign in the yard.  On my next business trip, I visited the Turpin office and met Pat Pertussi. She began to ask questions about our desires for a new home and promised to keep in touch with ideas as we were still several months away from retirement.  She was true to her promise and was able to hone in on exactly the type of home we were looking for. When we arrived in New Jersey, Pat had a plan for a thorough search covering all the areas we had expressed an interest in.  We ultimately found our dream home and have been successfully settled for the past 1 1/2 years. Turpin was everything we needed in a realtor and having bought six other homes, they rank at the top in terms of service during the hunt and guiding us to closing.

My experience with Turpin Real Estate  was extremely satisfactory. My sales agent, Patricia Pertusi, was excellent in every way including pricing, explaining the listing agreement and disclosure statement, hosting the open house dates, and attending all visits of prospective buyers and their agents. I was also pleased with the short time it took to obtain a contract of sale and the meticulous attention Patricia devoted to the post--contract dealings involving inspections and closing date negotiations. I recommend Turpin highly'.

I highly recommend Turpin Real Estate. We used them as our realtor when we purchased our home a few years ago. Our agent provided extreme clarity, showed us every possible option, and was with us every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for better service.

We have found Turpin Real Estate's Bernardsville office to be professional, dedicated and a pleasure to work with in the sale of our home.  No matter whom we spoke with in the office our cares and concerns seemed to be of the utmost importance to them.

Great agents  for listing and selling property 
They handle the whole process -getting the house ready and pricing it right for the market it is in 
Handling the buyer making sure the buyer is informed on the whole process including home inspection, attorney , seller negotiating etc
