From the moment I met David Forgione, I knew I was in the most professional, ethical and knowledgeable hands. He listened to all my needs and wants and worked extremely hard in getting me exactly what I wanted. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous but David walked me through the entire process with a calm yet immediate responsiveness. We used Turpin's Rodd Anderson to help us find and purchase our present home. Looking back, my wife and I were very particular and not always the easiest to predict. We were expecting our first child so we felt the added pressure to get the right house in a short amount of time. Rodd found us that house and saw us through a difficult purchase from a stubborn seller. It was during this tough time that I witnessed Rodd's professionalism and experience that went well beyond sales. It's hard to explain it in one paragraph so I'll just sum it up in one sentence; Rodd's strong character and integrity were invaluable to us. I admire him and thank him for that.

I have been working with the real estate agents at Turpin Real Estate for about 25 years. I have found them and the company to be highly ethical. By putting the needs of their clientele first, they have grown into a force in the markets they serve. I highly recommend the services of Turpin.
