Only reason it got 2 stars is. Because the location is very nice.   Let's start with the fact that there was half a meal caked onto the menu.  Gross!!  The service staff sat us but forgot to assign a waiter, finally after we got a waiter and ordered appetizers, we had to go and find our own utensils.   The food they brought was not what we ordered, and on and on and on....  the best part was when we got to leave and go get ice cream across the street.

Showed up as a group of 6 adults 4 children. The food took about 50 minutes to arrive. Yet the food was really good! The staff is friendly and helpful. The music is way too loud so dinner conversation was hard to make with yelling to one another or repeating portion of the conversation. It has a kids menu and booster seats but not really all that kid friendly. Mostly "family friendly." Besides waiting the abnormally long time for the food I'd give it 3/5. I'd return only after I've tried the other places in town.

Great location with good service. Menu is a little pricey, but it's Port Carling so that is to be expected. Good selection of bar/pub food. Great place to catch up with friends.

Awful. It took 45 minutes to get food including kids food, the service was really bad, it was my son's birthday and the wait staff literally dropped the free desert infront of him and ran off and there was sand in my salad..., I was crunching it all night. We were so sad. The Turtle Jacks in Markham is so much better.

Great staff,delicious breakfast burrito. Amazing view of the lake. Very spacious and quiet.  Slightly pricey but not too unreasonable.
