Ordered the chicken parm, it was good. Waitress was pleasant, service was great. Would come back again. We came on a Friday, don't pull in their parking lot, it only parks 8 cars. Just go to the bank next door and save the trouble of backing out on main road. There is a walkway that connects the 2 lots.

My husband grew up in Southington, and while we've spent the last decade living in Seattle and now Virginia, we ALWAYS make time to visit this adorable family restaurant any time we're visiting family in Connecticut. This was my first introduction to Connecticut's thriving Italian food culture. Being from rural Pennsylvania, I was blown away the first time his family took me here over a decade ago, and every trip back feels like coming home. The ultimate feel good comfort food. Every dish on their menu is solid Italian fare, but I almost always order the veal Francais or veal Marsala as those two dishes are my personal favorites. The veal is so tender it can be cut with a fork and the sauce/gravy for these two dishes has become the standard that I compare all other versions to. 

My husband's family has many fond memories of coming here throughout his childhood, and they always recognize us despite the fact that we dine here about twice a year. Excellent service, delicious food, good wine, and a true family experience. Absolutely love this place and the family that runs it! Looking forward to many more years of delicious food and fond memories!
