Tuskegee Airmen National Historic site is a vital historic site to see. If you're driving on I-85 it's a nice NPS site to stop and reflect at. The film they provide is about 20 minutes long, super cool museum! Very informative and visual, you walk away learning something.

If you are near, I recommend you see this. Like the Japanese American internment camps, this is a vital part of our history that doesn't seem to get the attention it deserves.

Important national monument well put together and maintained but not easy to find. Down a gravel road without good signage. Wonderful introductory video and many excellent video interviews with surviving airmen.

There were both indoor and outdoor informational stops. I was disappointed that the audio portions in hanger one did not exist, however, the videos in hanger two really made up for it! I was happy to see that segregation and race relations were interwoven throughout the exhibits.

Excellent museum that brings person stories and experiences of the Tuskegee Airmen to life through video display and wall installation. It was amazing to walk through the space and explore every nook and cranny from the traffic control tower to the officer offices.
