Brought my car there today, the sign says hand wash and never did i see them hand wash one car the whole time i was there. I even had to remind the guy to armor all my tires which i paid for. Never will i go back there.

Place is falling apart. The current owners are simply not up to par. The place had been on a decline for quite a bit now, but this is def a new low. If there was anything closer to me, I would have stopped coming herw.

ever since they changed ownership, it's been a selective price car wash with bad service...meaning, that I would get the same car wash but the price seems to go higher each time..latest beeing on 4.25.2017...now they charge for cleaning the floor mats...etc...thats WHY they've been losing business...
went down the street on Newport/Main...
