Zero stars would be generous. We received AWFUL customer service from the store manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Jos A. Bank much better service and quality.

They did an excellent job for my daughter's recent wedding for myself and the groomsmen. The fittings and any changes went smoothly. In fact I purchased my tuxedo full package as I have another daughter getting married in only 8 months and the cost was worth it . It also looked perfect and thanks to Paula the store manager she helped me nail Steve Martin's Father of the bride look to a tee! Both she and Alex and her staff were great to deal with and attentive to our needs. Thanks to all in making this part of the wedding easy and a success! Highly recommend for any tuxedo needs.

Tuxedo Junction in the Walden Galleria is a complete disgrace. The girl who answered the phone when I called, "Hannah" has no idea what customer service means, or how to properly speak to someone on the phone. There was a lot of "ums" and "uhs" and "hang on a sec" - totally unprofessional. 
The Manager, Paula, is just as big of a joke as the other employees. We picked out the tuxes vests - everything, for our wedding summer '18 several months in advance. Paula noted it was "good to get these things out of the way and booked". About a month after I selected everything, I got a call from Paula saying the pocket squares I chose were no longer available, and we needed to find a new color - so I did. 
Now, our wedding is 4 months away. My fiance got a voicemail on his cell phone from Paula, stating now the vests in the color selected weren't available either. It was COMPLETELY unprofessional to leave this on a voicemail. Also, what was the point of me even picking these tuxes and vests in advance? 
When I called Paula very upset and told her I was going to Men's Wearhouse instead, she replied "fair enough". She offered no discounts, NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY - nothing. 
Completely unprofessional. Do not use this store - they'll change your order and they do not care what so ever about you as a customer or your business. They lost NINE tuxes out of our wedding. I do not suggest going to them.

I was accompanying my friend who was registering his wedding and although I did not do any business at that particular time, I feel as though the level of service we received should be commended. 
We were greeted immediately upon our arrival by Nick and Bryce, and they completely won my friend over. They were clear and concise with all of their responses, and they were able to alleviate any concerns that either of us had. My friend decided to not only register his wedding with Tuxedo Junction, but Cancel his wedding with a competitor. They were unbelievably thorough and really reasonably priced for high end rental merchandise. I not only recommend coming to this location, but asking for any of the associates. I was so thrilled with this initial experience, I went back and bought a suit and the young woman who helped me was terrific as well. This location is terrific all around, and I hope that my friends that are planning weddings for the future decide to stop into Tuxedo Junction.

This wonderful nice gentleman by the name of Bryce was EXCELLENT. Love the service was hands on with my sons fitting. Nice job!!
