I am a retired Court Officer and I made an appointment at this dental practice because it was close to where I live but I didn't have a good feeling about the establishment the minute I walked in.   Prior to going to the appointment I decided to stop by with my husband since I was on his dental insurance to inquirer on what information I needed to have with me so I could be prepared ahead of time.  When I tell you that the office manager interjected  my conversation with the desk receptionist and rudely stated that I would not be able to see the dentist today.  Who said anything about seeing the dentist today I told her.  I then told her that I was not speaking to her but to the receptionist and she continued to rant on and refused to let me speak any further.  To say that she was and is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement and it was not the first time.  Six months prior I had called to get information and this female manager picked up the phone and she was rude and condescending even then.  
Needless to say they will not be getting my business.  Appointment CANCELLED!!
Word to the wise......find another dental practice that treats you with respect and values your business.

I called to speak with an office manager, the girl who answered the phone said "um....have a nice day" and hung up on me. I was confused, so I called back only to get an answering machine. Horrible Customer Service!

Dr. Limongelli is the only dentist I'm comfortable with. He's well versed in his practice. I've been his patient for 17 yrs and have sent all my friends to him and they've been completely satisfied. Office staff is like family. I love Michelle and Yvonne ( they spoil me) !!

Hate this place. The dentis doesnt explain whats going on before he starts. His dental assistant is rude beyond beleif. I just cannot beleive how I was treated and hung up on. In a nutshell , I made an appointment that I did not recall and they said I missed it. I called before that appointment and left a message that I had medical issues and that I am not ready. They kept calling and I kept leaving messages ( they deny). I was yelled at and finally almost forced to make and appointment. I call back to complain to the dentist and the dental assistant said " we dont want to work with you . Girl , find another dentist". So you be the judge.

I have been going to Dr. Limongelli for more than 15 yrs.  I don't have enough time or space to tell you how much he and his staff have helped me.  I am just very happy that I found them when I did.  My teeth are in better shape now than they have been in years!!!  Thanks to them  I have a great smile and can eat properly.
