I ordered something and within 24 hours my partner received it! There were no issues with delivery or anything! Everything went smoothly and the customer service is amazing! They are very friendly and accommodating! NEW EXPERIENCE: I will always use Twigs Flower Company. I found out the recipient was ill the day before delivery and I needed to change the address from their workplace to their home address, but it was already after hours. I was so worried and left a voicemail stating the issue and if they could send to the new address, but was not sure they would get to it in time. Twigs Flower Company opens at 10AM but I received a voicemail at 9:58AM stating that everything was taken care of and they would deliver to the new address. Later that day, the recipient texted me how beautiful the flowers were and how special they felt. This is why I always go back here every time!

I have used your service to deliver flowers to my sister in Salt Lake and she has loved them every time. And they were delivered on her birthday which is something I value. The website has really nice photos of what your company offers.

I had a perfect experience with this company. Product was for a funeral and was absolutely beautiful and delivered on time. This was my first experience with this company but I would highly recommend them and will definitely use this company again.

Worst florist I have ever used. Flowers not delivered- I got the email touting a “successful “ delivery, but in fact they were not- note said they were left at a non existent address. Multiple phone calls made during business hours to try to straighten out the situation were never returned. Customer service is truly atrocious. Save yourself a headache and use another shop, or buy some flowers at the grocery store and deliver them yourself.

Extremely professional! The flowers I sent my daughter were lovely and long-lasting. Delivery was timely, all in all a wonderful commercial experience!
