I called ahead to see if they had a specific bottle of bourbon in stock and the lady on the phone confirmed they did. When I arrived I could not find it on the shelf so I asked the man working there if they had the item he acted like I was inconveniencing him and reluctantly went to the back to check. He returned with one bottle which was similar, but not the exact variant I had called about, he said that it was all they had. Even though it was not exactly what I was looking for me and my girlfriend asked for a second bottle, the man said no since it was a limit of 1 per person, I clearly pointed out that we were 2 people, so he gave us a bit of an attitude and went to the back to grab another bottle. I have had good experiences at many other Twin Liquors locations, but this one seems to be a bad apple, the male there acted like us spending money there was the worst part of his day. The selection here is nice, but customer service is lacking.

Definitely the worst liquor store I've ever been to, I have dreadlocks and the blonde lady sure made me feel out of place. She literally followed me and my boyfriend throughout the store and at one point came up to us and asked us if we were all set. They literally rushed us out the store and what's worse is when she walked up there was a brunette on the other side of us as if they were looking to see if we took anything. Their collection is also minimal but the way they made us feel is the absolute worst which is actually surprising because our hotel is down the street and everybody else in the area has been super kind. I definitely would never go back to the store and I don't recommend it. Spend your money elsewhere because Prejudice and racism is alive and well and they're a a prime example of it when we should be spreading love. Mind you, we're here on business and very well paid and just decided to get a drink to celebrate a recent accomplishment.

Customer service is better at this store, but the selection is limited as compared to the Kyle location.

Great store!  A solid selection for a mid-size liquor store.  Granted, it's not Spec's, but it's not trying to be.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.
