Location gone downhill. Now selling sour wine and then say "come back tomorrow and maybe we'll allow an exchange." The employee was nice, but didn't offer to fix it even with receipt in-hand. The only other time I had spoiled wine was once at "Total Wine and More," and they exchanged it with a smile. Ah well - goodbye to my evil twin.

I needed a last minute gift, so I stopped in at Twin Liquors. Erin was extremely helpful in suggesting perfect gift ideas. When I made my selection, she insisted in gift wrapping it for me, free of charge. She did a beautiful job and it made my gift look extra special! Although this is a chain store, it feels like a neighborhood establishment and I always get outstanding service here! Thanks, Erin!
