My wife and I have chosen this place as the best hot springs and motel in Ouray. Amazing hot breakfast, superb staff and did I mention 24 hour access to both indoor and outdoor hot springs and heated pool? Seriously, love this place and can't recommend it enough!

Good one night stay.  The pool and hot tub were great and it was awesome that it was all open 24 hours.  The room was your run of the mill room.  The breakfast was a bit lacking, the eggs were watery and the space was poorly laid out/crowded.  The location was a perfect walk to downtown. Overall a good stay.

My wife and I visited to use the hot springs for the day. The two springs tubs were nice and the outdoor pool was enjoyable as well. I would give a 5 star review if there were a better changing room (we had to use the bathroom in the small fitness center since we didn't book a room) and if the indoor hot springs tub were in better condition (some of the tiles on the sides of the tub were starting to peel off, which didn't affect the relaxation at all but it didn't look as nice as it could have). Otherwise, everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool and hot pools open 24 hrs which is really convenient. Wake up early and swim or swim under the stars.  Clean rooms and good breakfast included.  Nice place to relax and play yard games in the open common area. Quiet, reasonable rates and we would stay here again.

Two stars because the bedroom was clean and the front staff during the day were super nice and helpful. (Not to mention free delicious popcorn!) However, my boyfriend and I went to Telluride for the evening and when we returned (around 1am) our keys to our room no longer worked. When we called the emergency number it took 45 minutes (of use standing outside in the cold negative degree weather) for a man in a robe to come down. He handed us a key without asking for identification and did not apologize or ask if we needed anything - instead he just shut the door quickly. Not an enjoyable experience.
