Real food, the kind that comes directly from plants and animals, is naturally fresh, nourishing, wholesome, and pleasant. At Twisted Fern, we honor the roots of our ingredients and infuse a twist of creativity in a New American atmosphere. We do this out of respect for you and respect for the process. We believe serving minimally processed real food should be the norm, not a catchy pitch.

A very pleasant addition to the Park City dining scene. Relatively inexpensive by PC standards with appetizers ranging between $5 and $12 and entrees from $15 to maybe $29. We had a grilled eggplant starter followed by the burger and the short rib sandwich, all of which were excellent. The burger cooked as ordered (rare), the short rib served open face on a bed of french fries. Followed up with some excellent fried bread with ice cream, fruit and chocolate whipped cream ($7). Seating available inside and outside, plenty of parking.

I ate lunch there today and ordered the twisted steel salad. while presentation was nice, there was very little steelhead on it just a few thin strips. I had asked to have chicken added to a salad and was told they don't do that. Since most restaurants will allow a variety of proteins to be added to salad, I was surprised and disappointed. Will not go back. Not worth it.

Finally we have high quality, affordable food off Main Street. Everything was delicious and although not pictured, the grilling cheese is a must.

Local, Delicious and reasonably priced. We have a winner! And if that wasn't enough they also have a bar...
