This place was great! We walked in and put our name on the wait list and walked around the block. It was about 10-15 minute wait before sitting down. The food was amazing and wasn't overpriced (everything was more or less $10) . Ranch was very tasty. I plan to go back and purchase their garlic buffalo ranch.

Overall the ranches are good, food is OK, customer service was awful. The hostess gave us attitude, we sat down at the bar waiting on a table, bartender finally asked us about a drink 10 minutes later while he was NOT waiting on anyone else, we ordered a fish bowl (which was good) and then the hostess came over asked us to be excused because another party that came in wanted to sit at the bar and eat. There is no place to wait around besides the bar, we had ordered a FISH BOWL which cannot be carried around. We refused to leave because we had no where to go and then that party got the next open table..... this left me fuming. Finally we got seated, the table was very wobbly which didn't add to the experience. The waiter was very nice, the fries and ranches were good. The main dish I ordered which was the Cool Ranch sandwich was mediocre. I love ranch but its not worth it.

The food was great. Tried 13 of the 31 Ranch sauces loved most of them. Our waitress was amazing one of the best I've ever had. Only downside is the tiny location with a long wait time but they are supposed to be opening a new store soon a block over so hopefully that problem resolves.

Let me start by saying I was so excited to eat here! So excited that we drove a total of 6 hours. It was busy when we arrived, and service was slow when we first got seated. We ordered French fries and five flavors of ranch for an appetizer. My husband ordered a root beer, which they were out of, so he ordered a coke. Our fries and ranch came out before his coke did, and they didn't come overly fast. The BBQ ranch, cheesy bacon ranch, and ruffalo ranch were really good. I ordered the Big kid mac and cheese for my meal, but never got to eat it because, as we were eating our appetizer, we noticed a COCKROACH crawling on the wall next to us. My husband and I decided we were no longer hungry and asked for our check. The waiter asked if we wanted our food, that had not yet arrived, to be boxed up. We told him no, there was a cockroach, and we lost our appetite. He went to get our check but came back, quicker than he had ever been back to our table before, and told us it had been taken care of. That was nice, but still didn't make up for the six hours we drove to eat lunch with a cockroach.

Great experience, great food. We had a great experience this past Saturday. They worked hard to accommodate my sister-in-law's larger party of 8. Mike was great and we had a great time trying something new. Look forward to going again.
